Bess, and I am the new Creative Talent Recruiter for Hallmark.
Erin has spent the last 2+ years as the über recruiter and is leaving some very big shoes to fill, but I am excited to pick up where she is leaving off. And I know that she's not going to push me into the vast ocean of creative recruiting without a little bit of guidance.
So for the next month or so, I will slowly transition into my new role and Erin will exit and be on to bigger, better (as yet unannounced or maybe even undetermined) things.
