I don't know how you feel, but one of my favorite things to do is throw a party. I love planning the menu, designing the invite and of course, setting the table. Here's a pic of my most recent brunch. I served yogurt parfaits, baked egg and rosemary mashed potatoes served in individual ramekins, asparagus with prosciutto with lemon sabayon,and lemon coffee cake. sounds good, huh? Well it was a celebration for one of my best friends. I hope she felt special, because she is. The best part was when my friends said "sit down, jen. we'll clean up the mess."
