A panoramic view of downtown of Kansas City
I just ran across this really awesome panoramic photo of downtown Kansas City on Wikipedia. I thought it would be nice to share on here with readers not familiar with the city. It was taken just a month ago, and it looks like the person that took the photograph was on top of Liberty Memorial.
Click on the image for a high resolution view, and if you look at the very right of the photograph you can see a bit of the Hallmark HQ buildings (look for the white tent).
Directly in the center is Union Station, and if you look up from there you can sort of see the cranes that are currently building the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.
The photographer that took this was facing north, I wish there was another one facing south. There's a lot more south of the memorial, I'll keep searching!

What an awesome picture! I love the saturated colors! I wonder how that was achieved? This is a great view of the city.
